Shipping destinations

Tata Hair Cosmetic currently ships to Guadeloupe, Martinique, and the other destinations offered during checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can check whether shipping is possible.

Processing times

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

• Guadeloupe and Martinique: generally 3 to 5 business days.
• Other destinations: delivery time depends on the carrier and destination country.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

For certain destinations or promotional offers, shipping may be free subject to specific conditions.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery delays
